Papermaking

Papermaking is an age-old process that has a long and beautiful history, traveling neck-and-neck with the development of human civilization.

It is an extremely approachable media that would not exist without the exploration, experimentation and adaptation of papermakers past and present.

Through the selection of significant rag-material, this body of work uses the art of papermaking to express contemporary topics of humanity. The works have been created as a means to use fine art for engaging social dialogue.
